A few birds I'm not certain of there identity.taken today in queens n.y.,Jamaica bay refuge.

1) Eastern Phoebe. It would be quite unusual to see a pewee or Empidonax on bare mud, but phoebes use mud for their nests.Also, dark bill, dark head, short pp extension.
2) Willet and Fish Crow.

I think it's a Willow flycatcher. Least and Alder Flycatcher are rare around June in your area, but it is a possibility.
