Do you have any ideas what flycatchers it is? ...The 2nd and 3rd photo is the

same species. All taken in New York

An Eastern Wood-Pewee wouldn't have that large and bright eyering, would have longer primaries, and a different shape among other things.
The first looks good to me for a Yellow-bellied with the noncontrasting throat. I'm not sure about the other one, but I'm leaning Yellow-bellied as opposed to Least.

Definitely not eastern wood peewee which is a much duller grey bird which would not have the bright green - yellow underparts
