Bino identification (1 Viewer)

While browsing the web for informations about the IBW and if someone was lucky enough to have a sighting of this bird I found an article about Tim Gallagher and Martjin Lammertink searching for the IWB in Cuba in January 2016.
Lammertink's binos could be identified immediately: they are a well known brand from Austria. But what is it what Tim Gallagher is toting around?

BTW: Tim Gallagher must have a lot of confidence into his pants buttons. He es neither wearing a belt nor suspenders.
