can you help to ID? Pics (poor quality, from videos)

1st, Kruger NP/Pafuri in July. (Gabar ?)
2nd, KZN/St.Lucia in August. (Ayres??)

I would think that the second bird was a little bit bigger than an Ayres', more like Crowned eagle sized.
