Nope. They are Sandgrouse Sp therefore I will let the experts decide which specie they are.

Looks good for Black-bellied Sandgrouse with the extent of orange on the throat and wing pattern. The undercarriage looks black along with the wing tips too. The bird in the middle behind another shows a sharply markated line on the chest with buffy cream beneath which is only shown by Black-bellied Sandgrouse.
Hope i'm right?!

That one made me laugh when I clicked on the link. I was expecting water, not sand :-)

Anyway, I think these are Chestnut-bellied Sandgrouse, not Black-bellied.
