Who am I?
Thought I'd try a different type of puzzle.
WHO AM I? I'm endemic to my "American" country. My two word name contains 4 o's and 4 c's. My family of birds can be found in Africa and Asia but not within 300 miles of me. For the North Americans trying to solve this puzzle... Mr. Clement's list includes a middle name for me that describes where I live. I'll leave it at that for now. Other clues as needed. dennis

Is its two word name that contains 4 o's and 4 c's common or latin?

Cocos Cuckoo fits the criteria except maybe Clement's which I don't have.
