Clark's Grebe

------------ BNA Online lists subspecies "transitionalis" as the "Northern race", but Clements indicates that nominate "clarkii" is the northern species: "W North America (se Alaska to n Mexico)" vs. "transitionalis": Coastal w Mexico (Nayarit) and Mexican plateau Anyone have any other sources?
