--------------

Sequencing:
The Clements file I use doesn't have extinct species, so I'm uncertain about where this genus is supposed to fit in - BirdLife Int'l places it between Marmaronetta and Netta - we've been following Clements sequencing in general with the taxonomy templates (I just don't have access to where he places extinct species/genera so I've been following BirdLife Int'l - which in most cases seems to follow Clements general sequencing pretty well).

In the printed version of Clements, it comes after Anas and before Falconidae. Sorry, I know that is not very precise.

In Rasmussen I found that Pink-headed Duck is closest related to Red-crested Pochard (and should maybe even placed in Netta rather than Rhodonessa which the Wikipedia articel does) and that's why I placed it just after Netta.

As Red-crested Pochard is sequenced first within Netta, BirdLife's placement above Netta seems to work well to establish this closer relationship.

Sound good?
