Junenile Black-legged Kittiwake?
A rare visitor to our area. I'm pretty sure this is a juvenile Black-legged Kittiwake. It has the right marking on the head just behind the eye and the collar at the back of the neck.

I agree. Also looks stockier and more compact than a Bonaparte's, as a kittiwake should.
Best, Jim

You are right. Bonaparte's don't have the collar on the back of the neck. Only Kittiwakes have the collar.

Nice shot. Now if some of them could head south to Maryland that would be right nice.
