Vireo maybe in the backyard (Queens NY)

I was looking out at the goldfinches enjoying the nyjer seed I had out for them, when I noticed this bird on the elderberry shrub. I was able to get a shot of it on the bayberry shrub. It looks like some sort of Vireo?? Any assistance on confirming the ID would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My first impression was Philadelphia Vireo too, but how to rule out Warbling Vireo from this photo?

I made a mistake and edited my post when you were replying. This is a Warbling Vireo. Philadelphia Vireo has dark lores and a yellow throat and breast. Also notice the gray crown. I would expect a darker crown on a Philadelphia Vireo.

Hi Falcon

After I saw your post indicating Philadelphia Vireo, I grabbed my copy of National Geographic Field Guide and in looking at the Vieros, I was going to ask how could a Warbling Vireo be ruled out, because of the apparent lack of the dark line through the lores. Then, I just read the updates. I have been looking outside to get another shot, but so far I have not located it again. Thanks again.

Thank you, Falcon When I look in my Sibley, most marks fit me to Warbling, but I probable never seen even photos of these birds, so I didn't have comparison and didn't be sure (I'm too lazy to look for birds' photos in this time (there's 11:30 P.M. in Poland)) .
