help ID icterid bird

Dear friends.

I found photos of "black bird" on the site http://www.aves.net/birdnews/pastlast.htm
I am not live in USA and don't know american birds. May be anybody know this bird. Is it melanistic?

Best regards, Askar.

Found in Toledo, Ohio, a rather large city. It looks as much like a far out-of-range Shiny Cowbird as anything else. Or an aberrant Rusty with a dark eye. Certainly not a grackle. I notice the website has posited no i.d. either.

PS: not melanistic; we have many other possibilities to choose from...
