Can anyone ID this bird from the zoo?

I took a picture of this bird at the zoo. Does anyone what it is?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Pat,

The bill was a key id point for me, too.

By the way, I'm going to Costa Rica in January, I hope. Would be interested in conversing with you via email regarding birding and living in CR.
