Hummingbirds in Costa Rica.

Please help me identify these colibri, taken in Savegre Valley in Costa Rica, as I am not very good at identifying these small birds.

Not an expert, but try female magnificent hummingbird for the 00178, male white-throated mountain-gem for 00199, and probably a female of the latter in 00229.

Great shots and I agree with Neils . The females of White throated Mtn. Gem and Purple-throated Mtn. Gem are nearly identical but White-throated is much more common at Saverge.

Nice shots! I agree as well with those Ids. In back of the female Mag. is a male Mag. as well.
