Pine Warbler? SE Vermont

My guess is that this is a lst year pine warbler, but am not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a Yellow Rumped, on your fourth pic you can just see a glimpse of the rump colour between the wing feathers.

It is a Yellow-rumped Warbler.

Definitely a Yellow-rumped Warbler. Good eye by Chris to note the yellow rump in photo # 4.
