Ground-Tyrant, Peru

Hello,

I photographed this Ground-Tyrant near Cuzco in Peru. I think it is an Ochre-Naped Ground-Tyrant. I'm doubting because there seems to be some yellow near the bill.

But isn't the bird to light on its wings for a Spot-Billed?

The light is rather harsh but it still seems to show a couple of wingbars. The strong face pattern would indicate Spot-bill too.

not sure if needed, but I'll add another vote for Spot-billed. Notice also relatively short primaries versus tail-length. Most ground-tyrants possible in Cusco have photos here:
