Not a bunting, but a pipit. Meadow Pipit, if I'm not mistaken (bold streaking on back, prominent eye-ring, diffuse supercillium, pale edges to tertials, pink legs, bold submoustachial strip, amongst other features). Wish I could see more of them here.
