Cooked pasta for the birds....

...my son's first attempt to cook pasta...and he's had a shocker....so....does anyone know if it's safe to put cooked (not in salt water) pasta twists out for the birds?
Will they eat it?

I often give left over pasta to the birds. They like it....after all it's made of wheat. I find I have to chop it up though because it kinda goes rubbery when cold and they can't break it up.

(So....did you get any dinner tonight Paul?)
