Identification Please! UK (Reed Bunting??)

Hello!
This sighting was in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, on 4th March 2009, the bird is still with us every day.

We have a load of House Sparrows in our garden, and the other day I spotted this little fella!

Everyone in the family thought it was simply an unusually patterned Sparrow.
I wasn't so sure, so, ignoring the scoffing I had a look on the internet, and I am fairly certain this is a Reed Bunting.

Can anyone out there positively identify it for me, it can be seen here...

I do appologise for the quality of the video, but I was filming through a mucky double glazed window, from 15 metres at 36 times zoom hand-held.
I hope it doesn't distract from the ID!
God bless,
Mick

No question of it being anything other than a male Reed Bunting. They regularly visit garden feeders in the winter months and you only start to notice them as you get better at identifying all those little brown birds you lumped under "Sparrow".
