ID Please Brasov - Romania

I have photographed this small bird, about 10 cm, in a tree near a lake. The photo was taken in Romania in the vilage Rotbav at about 24 Km from Brasov. Altitude of the are is about 600m.

I could not photograph the bird from a better position. Therefore I can not identify it. I would appreciate any help.

Thank you,
Cristian

This new photo is not very good but shows the back of the bird.

It's certainly a Phylloscopus warbler, but I'm not convinced it's a Chiffchaff. It looka bit long for a Chiffchaff to me. Of course that may just be the angle, which also means that most of the best features are out of sight. My gut reaction was actually Bonelli's Warbler, but I can't really back that up with any unambiguous plumage features.

Thank Josh and Stuart you for your answers. I added a new photo of the bird may be it is of any help. The quality is not very good but it is taken from an other POV and shows the back of the bird.

Best regards,
Cristian
