Free afternoon near Hull
I've got a morning in Hull this week (Wednesday) and then a free afternoon. Any recommendations for a good site within a reasonable distance.
I don't know that area of the country well - although I've been up to Bempton a fair few times. Thanks in advance. |

Tophill Low is well within striking distance - north of Beverley - and worth a visit at this time of year.

If you only have a short while Swine Moor to the east of the River Hull in Beverley is worth a shot - plenty of waders at the moment with Whooper Swan, Wood Sandpiper and Little Egret recently.
