Thattekad Bird Sanctuary
Hi everyone: We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and are visiting Kerala this August. We love outdoors and wildlife and were thinking of making a trip to Thattekad. However, I had read some opinions on some travel forums that August may not be the best time to visit Thattekad due to monsoon foliage that makes it difficult to see many birds. Has anyone had experience of Thattekad in August and if so, is this accurate and would be see much?
Are there any nearby areas in Kerala where the birding would be interesting in August? |
