Id needed from Peninsular Malaysia

Hi,
Can anybody conform. My friend said it is a juvy white bellied sea eagle but i'm confused! Could it be Oriental Honey Buzzard?

Hi,
it's definitely not an Oriental Honey Buzzard, it looks for me like a young
White-bellied Sea Eagle.

I'd have to agree, sub-ad White-bellied Sea Eagle. O. Honey-buzzard would not have such a pale belly/breast, the bill would be far smaller and the whole "jizz" would be slimmer/slighter.

Definitely not Oriental Honey Buzzard as pointed out. It's a juvenile sea/fish eagle. The plumage points to Grey-headed Fish Eagle.
