On the way home on FM1489 watering hole contained:
1) black necked stilt-2
2) glossy ibis-2
3) white ibis-3
4) roseate spoonbill-10
5) blue heron-1
6) cattle egret-numerous
7) snowy egret-3
8) great white egret-2
9) wood stork- 20
Not bad for a drive by! The wood storks were a big bonus we were looking for the spoonbills. "Texas Flamingos"
