Gulls - WORCS (UK) ID Please
I had a drive down into the quarry at Wildmoor this morning (yes, I was invited).
I'm not particularly good with gulls, but Yellow Legged keep getting reported there. I've left the crops quite loose to allow comparison between birds. Is the anything other than LBBG, Herring and BHGs in these picture please? |

can't see anything out of the ordinary - though beautiful colours in the photos! (Including an LBB with seemingly red legs!)

Yes, they're very red aren't they. You can imagine (I hope) that, for a non-Gull specialist it was a case of information overload. Does nothing in the three gulls in foreground of the second picture suggest anything? Thanks for kind words about the photos, I'll go and convert a couple of full frames to set the scene a bit more... |

This quarry is famous for its foundry sand but the colouration (and it's entirely natural) stains like b*gg*ry!
