Golden Eagle or Young Bald Eagle? Missouri

I lean toward Golden but there are some locally that say it isnt. Just looking for opinions!

Thanks in advance!

It's a Bald. The bill is too massive for Golden. Also, even though there is a suggestion of the golden nape, it is not nearly prominent enough for Golden Eagle.

Yes, I guess bald. Never seen but these youngsters so I would probably not find a golden easily. It has been seen in Missouri in November, but maybe not this far East.
