This is from this past Monday, December 30. Weather was sunny, with temp about 2-3 degrees celsius.

I also had Bufflehead over here in England last week. Unfortunately it was in a local wildfowl sanctuary!!! paj |

Another good list, Brian. Have you got a pic of a Bufflehead you could post? I've never seen one.

Brian, if you don't have a Bufflehead, I've got some good pics from the Arctic diving Ducks tank at the San Diego Zoo.

Thank you all for your comments. I am still trying to get a Male Bufflehead photo. That head on shot at the zoo is great, but you also have to see a profile of it.
