Spider WORCS (UK) - ID Please

Hello all,

I took this picture at Upton Warren last year. The picture was taken as a 'pretty' of the web. I was just wondering if it's possible to ID the spider species...Garden Spider, anyone?

Cheers

Simon

Can't see the detail, but does look like a Garden Spider, Araneus diadematus.

Thanks for that and apologies for the lack of detail, but as I said, when taken the spider wasn't the subject per se.
