Feeding Birds in Belgium

Can someone give me info on what food is available to purchase for feeding birds in Belgium (around Namur/Brussels) as follows:

Are sacks of sunflowers hearts available to purchase?

Are mealworms available to purchase?

Many thanks.

Helen, you can order a good selection of natural foods, including sunflower seeds and mealworms from www.vivara.be
