Rock or Water Pipit Scotland

Photographed this Pipit at Barnes Ness Lothian to-day there has been a Water Pipit reported from here for the past month, Can any one help with the ID.
It is possible one of the photo's could be of a different bird the one with its Tail lifted.
Many thanks

you'll find that if you have to ask, it's usually a rock pipit, most water pipits stand out, but then there are a few more subtle ones, so perhaps best to check, which is what you're doing, good.
