Exclamation Can you identify this predator?

Looks like a Marsh Harrier, but the crown is confusing me.

I've never seen a Marsh Harrier looking like that. Not sure what it is.

The bird in the link is not a Crowned Eagle, the crest is way too long and swaying in the wind.
My guess is Lophaetus occipitalis ( Long-crested Eagle) but I'm not sure.

Regards,

Ronald

According to the tags it has been videotaped in southern India. I'd say that it is either a Changeable or a Mountain Hawk-eagle.

Sorry the computer is not running smooth at the moment, however, it must be a harrier of some species.

I'm going to agree with CAU on this one, the location filmed gives away the possible species. But I'm not too sure how easy it is to seperate the two. But it looks like one of them to me, without a doubt :)
