New Zealand bird ID?

Hi Guys
Just got back from New Zealand, Auckland area and need some ID's. One I think is a green finch the other I'm not sure. Thanks in advance for the help. Regards Redtail7

Those look like common Chaffinch, a European species, two males, one female. Theoretically, there could be a local bird that I don't know which is similar, but feral birds are common in NZ from what I have heard.

But am thinking that the third bird might be a 1st Winter male?

Agree with Phil on the ageing of the third, going by the greyish head shawl and the brightness of the back colouration appearing through amoung other things
