Greetings from San Antonio Tx
My name is Sheridan Coffey. I live in San Antonio, Tx and have birded Texas extensively for a number of years. I compile the Texas Rare Bird Alert and have been field trip director for both Fort Worth and San Antonio Audubon societies. If you havent been birding in Texas you certainly need to consider it! Please dont hold all of us in Texas responsible for the present regime in Washington DC! There are a few of us who are politically enlightened!

Good Morning Sheridan and a very warm welcome to you from the entire staff here at Bird Forum.
Believe me, one of these days I hope to get down to CC for spring migration as I have a number of birding acquaintences that make the pilgrimage yearly. While I have to agree with the latter part of your post, we try to refrain from getting into any discussions on politics and religion here on Bird Forum. It tends to get a bit heated and out of hand and afterall, we are a wild Bird Forum. I sure hope we get to see some photographs of your birds and are looking foward to some interesting discussions on your participation in your RBAs. Enjoy.

Hey, Sheridan. 'Bout time you made it on here. It's a good community of birders, and I've learned a lot just by 'lurking.' Hope to run into you soon out on the birding trail.
