Thornbill, Perth West Australia

Hi guys, what do you think? Western or Inland? There is no streaking, which makes me think Western, but could it be an imm. Inland?
Only got the one pic I'm afraid

Yeah, I'd go for Inland too, there's too much streaking for Western and Westerns typically have a pale eye.
