Philippines, Bohol, Feb 2010

Our van ran out of gas, which gave me a bit of unexpected birding time while the driver hopped on a passing bus to make his way to the nearest station to get a refil. This is what I saw...

Here are a few more (with Yellow-vented Bulbul for size comparison). Is it 1st yr Red-keeled Flowerpecker?

I agree that it looks like a flowerpecker. The pale bill may indicate a young bird.
As to species, I'm not sure. It seems it could be either Red-keeled or Buzzing.

Can anyone else help?
