I've bought two or three things mail order from them and never had a problem. The used item I bought from them was exactly as described. Dispatch and delivery were very fast.
I believe they are well known and widely used.
I would recommend them.

If you mean South West Optics then the shop is owned by Steve Rogers one of the top Cornish Birders. I have always had great service from Steve. Roger
