Pic is pretty good, but the angle it isn't. My guess is Meadow...

Just as a point of interest, the long hindclaw of Meadow Pipit (vs Tree Pipit)shows well in this picture.

Yes, as Mark says, the long hind claw, not always visible, but when is, it's diagnostic. Which makes it a good pic John
