It's a redstart, but that red chest makes it a Common Redstart!

I was looking on grey colour around head redstar whic i know had blackish head:-)

Michal,

Looking at the dappled, more intense red on the breast, and dark smudginess of the ear-coverts? I think you're right about it being a young male. Still in its 1st Winter plumage.
