I found 7 dead pigeons in bags today...

That's right, just walking off the path a bit I stumbled across 2 carrier bags of (EDIT: Feral Pigeon!) No idea who or why someone would've done that

They didn't look like they had been shot or anything so maybe poisoned.

Well they seem to be mostly feral pigeons, not that that really helps with the answer.

I found four chickens dumped in a ditch last week! Strange, the things some people do!

Anyway. report them to the Waste dept of the local Council. They have a duty to collect things like that!

As much as I dislike the Daily Mail I don't really agree with sending them carrier bags full of dead pigeons
