What Warbler? Sharm el Sheikh, Sinai, Egypt

Could it be a Willow Warbler or do I have it all wrong again? :)

I agree with Eastern Bonelli's - nice yellowy fringes in wings and tail and cold greyish upperparts.

I take any Warbler, don't have many yet

Nope, don't recall the call. It was a highly windy day and I was glad whne I got out of the sandblast.

Thank you both!

Nicole Hi,

It's certainly a phyllosc!...and it's primary projection suggests that it 'could be' from the Acredula race of WW. due to the greyness in the upperparts and lack of yellow on the upperparts.

cheers

Hi Nicole,

As others have said it's an Eastern Bonelli's.

Neil.
