Crows nest !help!

In a garden a couple of doors down they have a massive oak tree which sadly fell, its now laying across about 5 gardens in total

There was a crows nest, and the baby fell out, but has managed to climb up the fallen tree to a branch up high, i dont know much about birds but i'm concerned

Mum and dad are still hanging around and protecting the baby, and feeding, but the baby isnt in no shade (and its very hot here) and cannot yet fly, the nest is on top of our shed tipped on the side and the baby keeps just moving up higher, he is now standing on a little twig

I'm just worried the baby could fall, or dehydrate up there..i dont really know what to do, he occasionally flaps his wings but never moves to far
