Question Malaysia (Cameron Highlands) - 2 Blue Birds

This week in the Cameron Highlands...
[1] looks like a (Blue) Flycatcher
[2] maybe a Robin?!

Here is an immature one for you to compare with your bird - yours a little older?

Images of these always seen to have varying degrees of blueness about them which not surely is all down to the breeding/non-breeding plumages but more the image itself?

Anyway, happy to be corrected on this one.
