I was thinking the same too. Scrub Warbler was a contender but its habitat preference is for drier places so GP is more likely .

Habitat seems more likely and I also think the head shape and pattern better fit graceful prinia, though I haven't seen either for a long time.

Also, look closely at the tail tip. Most of it is out of view but you can see at least one set of black and white spots on the underside of the tail feather tips-good for GP.

I also agree with Graceful Prinia. Here is a pic of one I took a few days ago on the edge of the Nile a bit further upstream from Egypt in Khartoum.
