Flight shot USA CT-what is it?
This bird looked so awkward when it was flying-like a bleach bottle with a broomstick stuck though it. Can you tell me what it is?- Sorry for the horrible photo but hopefully it will serve for the purpose of id.-thanks

A cormorant. Was this bird on the coast, or inland?

Thanks-Inland-I should have known that since I see adults flying by all the time-I've never seen a cormorant have so much difficulty flying before. It looked like it wasn't going to make it across the river.
