Thumbs up Longham lakes

Longham lakes today, Hoopoe still showing well, plenty of l/t/tits about,goldcrest,lapwing.tuftys,snipe,wigeon,teal,c oots seem to be increasing in numbers,green/w/pek,sp/w/pek,l/grebe,g/c/gebe,2buzzards in trees where nested last year.greenfinches/various spots,cormorants fishing close to bank.good close up shots for photgraphers as they catch fish.Canford magna river today,Mandarin Duck,raft of m/f,approx 20x theseare usually found within canford golf club,ponds are still partly frozen.Off to Radipole tomorrow.Last week at radipole,good views of bittern,north hide.Lodmoor good views of red breasted goose,
