Aquila clanga? pomarina? pomarina x clanga?

what do you think about this eagle (photos of february 2010 by Roberto Lerco) near at Venice (NE Italy)


Andrea Corso suggests that size and silhouette are good for pomarina, but tarsus, underwing and wing formula are good for clanga, but no clanga has a so golden head...

is it an hybrid?

Looks like a hybrid indeed. I guess you don't have any shots showing barring in remiges? That would be a clincher afaik.
