Please help identify this bird

This bird has been visiting our feeder (Austin, TX) and we only see him eat suet. He is about the size of a sparrow. Anyone know what he is? Thanks!

Agree......the cold weather across the US and Canada of late seems to be bringing in lots of odd feeder birds.

Agree with fugl on Orange-crowned Warbler. They are fairly common around here during the Winter months. The ones that come to my backyard have always seemed to prefer the suet to the mixed seeds or sunflower seeds.
