Southern California - Sandpipers?
I saw a small flock of these at Ballona wetlands on 4/6/2011. They look like Sandpipers, but I'm not sure the exact species. I'm going to guess Baird's or pectoral sandpiper from the light eyebrow, spotted wings, and long thin beak.
