Bamboo flowering
During a routine walking on the trails of the Atlantic Forest in Intervales State Park - São Paulo - BRAZIL, we recorded a small patch of the bamboo guadua tagoara flowering, this type of bamboo is well known in SE Brazil as Taquarussu, and is one the most important plant for species such as: Buffy-fronted Seedeater, Temmincks Seedeater, Uniform Finch, White-bearded Antshrike and Purple-winged Ground Dove. We hope that event may last till the end of the year.
