Sedge Warbler?

Do you think this is a juvenile sedge warbler? If not, any ideas? Apologies for quality of photo - thought I was on autofocus when I was still on manual!

Glad I'm not going mad! The staff at the RSPB did not think it was when I showed them.

He-he, if they didn't think that was a Sedge Warbler, then I think RSPB has to find some new staff...
