Bird ID Australia ?????

A friend from Australia sent me this bird picture. Does anyone know what it is? I don't know if it was taken in Australia though so it may be from anywhere!!

How do you seperate this one from Greater?

Nevertheless, definately not an Aus native, but across the sea it is.

Greater doesn't show the yellow lesser coverts or tips to the greater coverts. Also pretty sure the yellow colour is resticted to the nape and the mantle is much browner
